Circles of Innovation - Flipped Learning (PRFC3368, CRN 2982)

Tuesday, October 13, 2015 at 1:00pm to 2:00pm

West Campus, 6-326 1800 S Kirkman Road, Orlando, FL

The flipped classroom is a pedagogical model where the typical lecture and homework elements of a course are reversed - flipped!  Students engage with course content (eg. punctuated reading, short video lectures, narrated presentations, etc.) in preparation for class so that class time is freed up for active collaborative learning.

Come learn with us as we discuss the research, the models, the strategies, and the technologies that you can use to easily flip content within your own classroom.  And as always, there will be laughs, surprises, teacher tricks, rich discussion and, of course, innovative brick & click strategies you can use to engage your students.

Join us: Tuesday, Oct 13th, 1:00 p.m., West Campus, Room 6-326
