Koru 2.0 is for graduates of Koru Basic Mindfulness & Meditation. Using the same format of 4 class meetings over 4 weeks, we learn new practices and review select ones from Koru Basic to help you sustain and deepen your mindfulness and meditation practice. We will meet by Zoom on the following Wednesdays:  June 7, 14, 21 & 28 from 3:00-4:15PM. Pre-register to save your seat at  and you will be sent the Zoom link prior to the first meeting.
