As a part of our on-going efforts to share and gather feedback and input from our talented team of part-time faculty, this spring, we will again host a number of town hall meetings to hear directly from part-time faculty.
All part-time faculty members are invited to attend a town hall session either on campus or via webinar. In these meetings, participants will receive updates on the progress of the goals and initiatives in Valencia’s Impact Plan — the College’s five-year strategic plan — including compensation, a new onboarding experience, an annual evaluation and revisions to your professional development programs.
Each town hall will be facilitated by Wendi Dew, assistant vice president of teaching and learning; and Amy Bosley, vice president of Organizational Development and Human Resources.
