United Arab Emirates launched a new fully funded scholarship program for students to study at community colleges for two years before transferring to complete their bachelor’s degrees. The RizeUp program (known as The Khotwa Program in Arabic) provides students with the opportunity to customize their learning experience to match their individual goals and needs.  It also provides funding for English langauge programs as needed.

Valencia College was selected as one of the receiving colleges for this scholarship program.  We are welcoming ten students in the Intensive English Program starting in spring 2023.
