Postures, breath and mindfulness to cultivate a calm body, and focused thought. Join us for an hour of exploring Yogic postures, breathwork, and a mindfulness practice to support the body, mind, and concentration. The traditional techniques are backed by modern research and intentionally selected for their accessibility. Participants will leave with the knowledge of how to use postures, breathing techniques, and a mindfulness practice for self-regulation and focus.
