The UFIT team will inform the student body about the benefits that come with exercising for 30-60 minutes a day; encouraging students to train in order to improve their focus and performance in life. In addition, the UFIT team will educate the students on different exercise routines they can implement to achieve their fitness goals. The UFIT team will also provide information about the different on-campus resources that can be used to improve their fitness, as well as the various diseases and disorders that can be avoided with daily exercise.
