The UFIT team will look to inform the student body about the benefits that come with exercise for 30-60 minutes a day; encouraging students to train in order to improve their focus and performance in life. The UFIT team will also provide information about the different on-campus resources that can be used to improve their fitness, as well as the various diseases and disorders that can be avoided with daily exercise.
