About this Event
Koru Basic Mindfulness is ofered as a 4 session, no-credit course that will teach you the skill of mindfulness.It will also help you to build the habit of using it in your life on a regular basis. Developed by 2 psychiatrists at Duke University, Koru was validated in a randomized control trial to show participants had decreased stress, improved sleep, increased focus and self-compassion. Join us in the journey of transformation!
Please commit to attend all 4 class meetings before pre-registering to save your seat. The October class will be held on Wednesdays, February 1, 8, 15 & 22, 2023.. Zoom link will be sent after you register and before the first class meeting.
