Koru Basic Mindfulness is ofered as a 4 session, no-credit course that will teach you the skill of mindfulness.It will also help you to build the habit of using it in your life on a regular basis.  Developed by 2 psychiatrists at Duke University, Koru was validated in a randomized control trial to show participants had decreased stress, improved sleep, increased focus and self-compassion. Join us in the journey of transformation!

Please commit to attend all 4 class meetings before pre-registering to save your seat. The late Spring 2023 class will be held Tuesdays, March 7, 21, 28 & April 4. (We will NOT meet during Spring Break.) Zoom link will be sent after you register and before the first class meeting.
