Koru is a 4-session class that will teach you skills for mindfulness and meditation practice.  Developed by 2 psychiatrists from Duke University, the Koru curriculum has been validated in a randomized control trial to show participants' gains in stress management, improved sleep, focus and self-compassion. Check your calendar to make sure you can attend all 4 sessions, then pre-register to join us.  Seats are limited.
