Abstract - The Lexicon Project
You will learn how we are engaging with Congress and legislative leaders, helping veterans and retraining workers, while knocking down barriers to entry into the cybersecurity profession. In addition to these exciting new programs, the workshop will also provide a detailed overview of risk management principles outlining why the new (ISC)2 Lexicon Project is so important. You will learn the underpinnings of our profession, and how elements such as risk, vulnerabilities, and threat are mathematically related and how to apply them to your work. You will learn important new initiatives at (ISC)2 to expand our association’s role and provide critical new guidance and actionable information for the cybersecurity community.
