DESCRIPTION:After a three-year hiatus\, the Study Abroad and Global Engagem
 ent (SAGE) Office is sending students on faculty lead programs again. The 2
 023 cycle began with a successful International and Regional Foods Course t
 o the Czech Republic. Chefs Steven Rujak and Kenneth Bourgoin took nine stu
 dents to partner institution\, Střední škola for an 11-day program. They ex
 plored Czech culture\, history\, and cuisine. On their return they hosted a
  luncheon to present what they had learned to members of the Culinary Depar
