Hybrid Course: Nov 7, 2014 - Nov 21, 2014 (20 PD Hours)

This three-day intensive course addresses the pedagogy and technology essentials for teaching online using ValenciaÕs learning management system (LMS). Participants will develop a framework of online best practice strategies for engaging, instructing, communicating and assessing students in the online environment.

This is a hybrid course that includes online course work in addition to the required face-to-face meetings. Complete attendance at all sessions is required. Meeting times are from 12-5pm, on 11/7/2014, 11/14/2014 and 11/21/2014. All meetings will be held on East Campus, room TBA.
