The United States of America awakened, and reawakened, to racial disparities that have horrific consequences– in the murder of George Floyd in Summer 2020. Dismantling systemic racism requires exploring the white racial identity with a stance of No Blame, No Shame, No Guilt. During this session we will present terms and concepts crucial to understanding the complexities of privileges baked into the laws, systems and structures of our culture. There will be moderated Q&A with a panel and time for open floor questions.
