About this Event
The Wellness Ambassador team will engage participants in an informative discussion on skills, tips and routines that can better your health and reduce your stress during virtual/transitional work and learning. Using the 7 Dimensions of Wellness, students will learn how to balance the stresses of life during college with a special focus the dimensions particularly relevant to academic success in a virtual/transitional setting.
